Bitcoin wallet and Web3 startup with 2M+ users.
Lead Brand, Marketing & Senior Product Designer.
2024 – 2026
Overview
Xverse is a Bitcoin wallet and Web3 platform with 2M+ users across mobile and web. For two years I was the lead brand, marketing, and product designer — owning everything from product UI and design system contributions to campaigns, motion, events, and merchandise.
A small cross-functional team, a fast-moving product, and a lot of creative ownership.

01
Xverse Neobank
Rebrand, product design & campaign — repositioning a Bitcoin wallet as a sovereign Bitcoin bank
Context
By early 2026, Xverse had grown to nearly 2M users as a Bitcoin wallet. The next move was a step-change in positioning — from wallet to Bitcoin bank.
The goal was to attract a new audience, elevate the product to feel premium, and communicate a simple idea: everything you can do with your money, you can now do with your Bitcoin. In one app.
My Role
Brief
Reposition Xverse from Bitcoin wallet to sovereign Bitcoin bank. Design everything needed to land that new identity — from the product itself to how it looks in the world.
Process
Discovery & Exploration
The brief was clear directionally but ambitious in scope — a rebrand, a new product feature, a physical card, and a full campaign, all running in parallel over roughly 3 months. The first step was aligning on what "Bitcoin bank" should feel and look like. References leaned premium, minimal, confident — closer to Revolut or Linear than to typical crypto.
The visual direction needed to feel like an upgrade without losing Xverse's existing identity. I explored how to evolve the brand — typography, color, visual language — rather than replace it.
For Xverse Cash, the UX challenge was making a new financial feature feel native and intuitive inside an existing wallet product.

Process
Solution
A refreshed website landing the new "Bitcoin Bank" narrative. The Xverse Card — a physical and digital product designed to feel premium in hand and on screen.
Xverse Cash UI inside the mobile app — a clean, intuitive flow for earning, borrowing, and spending.
And a suite of campaign assets and motion pieces to launch it all.

01
Xverse Rewind 2024
End-to-end design of a Spotify Wrapped-style annual recap for a Bitcoin wallet with 2M+ users.
Context
As the lead brand and product designer, I owned the end-to-end design of Xverse Rewind 2024 — an annual recap experience that gave every Xverse user a personalised summary of their on-chain activity for the year. The project ran from concept to launch in November – December 2024.
My Role
Concept and creative direction
Visual design and brand
Motion and animation
Brief
The goal was to create a shareable, engaging annual recap experience for Xverse users — something that would celebrate the community, drive social sharing, and reinforce brand love. There was no formal brief; the concept was pitched and shaped collaboratively with the founding team.
Process
Discovery & Exploration
The reference point was clear — Spotify Wrapped set the cultural benchmark for this type of experience. The challenge was making it feel native to crypto and to the Xverse brand rather than a generic imitation. I looked at how Wrapped worked structurally, what made it shareable, and where we could push it in a different direction visually.

02
Xverse Earn
UI/UX design for a native Bitcoin staking feature — making DeFi feel as simple as a bank transfer
Context
Xverse already had 2M+ users holding Bitcoin. The next step was giving them a reason to do more with it — earning yield directly in-app, without leaving the wallet. Xverse Earn was a major new feature allowing users to stake Bitcoin and other assets natively, across multiple strategies and providers.
My Role
Brief
Design a staking experience so smooth that users can go from zero to staked in just a few taps. No jargon overload, no friction, no dead ends. DeFi complexity hidden behind a clean, intuitive interface.
Process
Discovery & Exploration
Staking is inherently complex — multiple strategies, APY variables, lock-up periods, TVL, risk profiles, withdrawal windows. The challenge wasn't building the feature, it was making it feel simple without stripping out the information users actually need to make decisions.
References: Revolut, Moonpay, Phantom, Metamask — all strong at making financial actions feel low-friction and trustworthy.
The key UX question was: how do you present multiple staking strategies without overwhelming the user at the entry point? I explored different ways to surface the most important information — APY, TVL, risk profile — and progressively reveal detail as the user moves deeper into the flow.
The goal was a clear information hierarchy: see options → pick one → stake → confirm. Four steps, minimal cognitive load.
